It all started when…
After getting married my wife and I decided to adopt a dog (Murray shown above) and I also decided to leave the life of restaurants and cooking after 20 years. Since my wife already referred to me as “the other dog whisperer” I was inspired to become a professional dog trainer and walker. With Murray at my side, we began the adventure of getting certified in dog training and walking by the Animal Behavior College. Seven years later I’m still going strong and now have two co-pilots on all our walks with the addition of our second dog, Zeke.

Rates & Packages
(The rates below are for one dog. Please contact me regarding rates for additional dogs.)
Dog Walking - 1 hr - $30/walk - packages avail per week or monthly
Private Walks - 1 hr - $35/walk
Pet Sitting - $50/day
Basic Obedience Training - two sessions per week for three weeks - $600
DOG WALKING
Starting with a free half hour consultation, I will come to you and introduce Murray and Zeke to your furry friend. We will work together on a plan that works for the needs of your dog and your schedule. I offer quality, small pack dog walks, long or short, all based on your pooch’s needs as well as yours. I will pick them up, and take them out with three-four other dogs. Rain or shine, leash or off-leash, they will get their exercise at some of the most beautiful places in the Hudson Valley. Main point is they will get a work out while you are at work or on vacation and they won’t be running around in a pack of ten or twelve other dogs.
TRAINING
I am certified trainer from Animal Behavior College and focus on basic training, leash walking, heel, sit, etc. We can chat by phone or I can come in person to evaluate the needs and then we will create a comprehensive training plan that at minimum will be three weeks with twice a week sessions.
PET SITTING
I also offer pet sitting (dogs and cats) in your home, feed and walk the loved ones, water your plants, take in your mail, etc. Again all catered to you and your pet’s needs.
